First off, we get to know you and your business – inside & out!

At little guy branding, we are in the business of helping build, protect, and grow our clients’ brands.  From small start-up organizations to large companies, we seek to ensure that our clients have a full understanding of the world of branding, marketing, and advertising.  We want to ensure that they have a full picture of the various disciplines and areas of effort before we even begin working together.

This deep understanding of each client’s business and needs allows us to leverage our team’s depth of knowledge to meet them exactly where they are and provide them with the right-sized scope of services.  This can range from a one-time social media audit and strategy to a years-long relationship where the services provided change over time.

No matter the size or age of your organization, sitting down with our team for a brand mapping exercise will help organize and prioritize your marketing efforts and help determine the best place to put your energy.

The process

We start off with an interactive brand mapping consultation with you and other key stakeholders in your organization.  This interactive session provides us the opportunity to learn about you and your business and to get organized around your branding and marketing efforts.

If you’re starting from scratch, at this point, we’ll start to fill out the map.

In real-time, we update and add to your customized map so you can see how all the various things connect and work together.

Here are just some of the items we might discuss:

The deliverable

As we finish reviewing each of the main areas of the map, we’ll talk through your bandwidth – and budget – for what is important in the near term, as well as things that might be nice to do a little later on.  We’ll address your team’s skills and availability to support these efforts, or we’ll offer to provide information about our capabilities to serve.

In the end, we’ll have a custom outline and road map for you to refer back to for all your marketing needs.  If you’d like for us to provide a proposal to assist, we do this then, only after we’ve made sure we know about you and your business.

It’s a focused planning session where we clarify your messaging and map the content your website needs—so every page has a purpose, supports conversions, and aligns with how buyers search and decide.
Teams that know their website needs improvement but don’t want to guess. It’s ideal if your message feels unclear, your site content is messy, or you’re planning a redesign and need a clear blueprint first.
A clear website plan: recommended pages, page goals, key messages by page, CTA flow, and content priorities—so you can move forward with writing, design, or development with confidence.
Yes. We map pages around search intent and buyer questions, then structure content so it’s easier for users (and search engines) to understand what you do and why you’re the right fit.
Bring your website URL (if you have one), a list of core services/products, your best-performing offers, competitor examples, and any must-haves (audiences, locations served, services you want to emphasize).
It’s a planning and clarity step. You can use the deliverables internally, with another vendor, or with LGX if you want us to execute the website and marketing work afterward.
By making decisions upfront—messaging, page purpose, and content priorities—so writing and design are guided by a clear plan instead of opinions and rework.
